At Higashimachi Clinic, our mission has always been to provide accessible, patient-centered healthcare to our community. We're proud to share two significant improvements that will make it easier than ever to access the care you need, on your schedule.
Extended Clinic Hours
Starting this spring, Higashimachi Clinic will offer extended operating hours to better accommodate patients with work, school, and family commitments.

| Saturday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM |

Evening appointments (after 5:00 PM on weekdays) are available for general consultations, follow-up visits, and prescription renewals. Please note that certain services, such as specialized procedures and diagnostic testing, continue to be scheduled during standard morning and afternoon hours.
Online Appointment Booking
We know that calling during clinic hours isn't always convenient. That's why we've introduced an online appointment booking system, available through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With the new online system, you can:
- Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments at any time
- Choose your preferred doctor or next available clinician
- Select from available appointment types (general consultation, follow-up, health check)
- Receive automatic reminders by email or SMS
First-time users will need to register with a valid email address. Existing patients can log in using their patient ID. If you have any difficulty using the system, our reception team is still happy to assist by phone.
Your Privacy Is Protected
Our online booking platform is secured with encryption and complies with all applicable patient privacy regulations. Your personal and medical information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
